How much is shipping?
I use Australia Post parcel post satchels and boxes for all postal orders. Shipping is a flat rate of $14.95 on most orders. Express Post is $2.50 extra and not currently guaranteed to arrive any earlier than regular post, due to covid and other seasonal shipping and transportation issues. For the best value, consider multiple items as a package. Where orders are quite large, or require multiple packages, I will contact you to discuss any additional shipping costs that may be incurred.
What is Australia Post Extra Cover?
Most Australia Post services come with up to $100 compensation for loss or damage. Should your item be lost or damaged, and you haven’t purchased Extra Cover, you may be entitled to compensation of up to $100 and a refund of postage (proof of value may be required). Extra Cover is available for items valued up to $5,000.00 AUD. It covers against loss, theft or damage of your parcel while being shipped by Australia Post*. It costs $2.75 AUD (including GST) per $100.00 AUD of your parcel’s value. Please note that the value of your item is determined by its purchase price as detailed on your invoice. *Available for selected postal items only. How long will shipping take?
Wax and creams obviously don’t do too well in the heat, so I will primarily be posting products on Mondays and Tuesdays to do my best to ensure nothing is left sitting in warehouses over any weekends, where possible, and to reduce days in transit. Obviously, these things are outside of my control and this may be unavoidable in some circumstances. I can’t guarantee shipping times, and you should allow at least 7-10 days from the date your order is posted. During times of prolonged high temperatures, I will delay posting all packages until the weather has cooled, to minimise the risk of damage during transit.
