Do you have any candles available now?
Yes. However, I generally make all candles to order, so the sooner you let me know what you want, the sooner I can get it made and start the curing process. With the more popular fragrances, I’ll often make an extra few when someone places an order, so I may have some ready to send to you straight away! I always have plenty of wax melts ready to go!
When can I have my order?
Candles and wax melts require at least 10-14 days to ‘cure’. This gives the fragrance and the wax enough time to bind well so that when the wax is hot the scent throw is as strong as possible.
How much is shipping?
I use Australia Post parcel post satchels and boxes for all postal orders. Shipping is a flat rate of $14.95 on most orders. Express Post is $2.00 extra and not currently guaranteed to arrive any earlier than regular post, due to covid and other seasonal shipping and transportation issues. For the best value, consider multiple items as a package. Where orders are quite large, or require multiple packages, I will contact you to discuss any additional shipping costs that may be incurred.
How long will shipping take?
Wax and creams don’t do too well in extreme hot or cold weather, so I will usually post orders on Mondays and Tuesdays to do my best to ensure nothing is left sitting in warehouses over any weekends, and to reduce days in transit. I can’t guarantee shipping times, and you should allow at least 7-10 days from the date your order is posted. During times of prolonged high temperatures, I will delay posting any packages until the weather has cooled, to minimise the risk of damage during transit.
Can I use my candles and melts straight away?
If they’ve had sufficient curing time, yes. If you want your products sent to you before they’re fully ready, please understand if you burn them early you may not get the full enjoyment you expect. Natural waxes need time to cure. Should you ask for your products to be sent before I’m satisfied they’ve had enough curing time, I will send them with a note not to use them prior to a certain date.
Do you gift wrap?
I provide gift boxes for individual items, starting from $2.50 each. You can add these to your order as you go. Gift wrapping is a flat fee and can be added to your order as you select your candles, or as a separate item. I can provide personalised messages by request.
Do you do packages?
Yes! I can do this! If you’d like a range of items, for example, candles, tea lights, melts, and a melt warmer as a set, I can make those into a package for you. Or if you’d like bath soak, foot scrub, body butter, and a reed diffuser, I can do that, too. Anything is possible! Just ask!
